Cam's play over the last 7 games

Or since our worst offensive game of the year (Chicago) if you will.

One thing I noticed while looking at our stats for the year.  In his first 7 games, Cam had 10 interceptions.  In the last 7, or since the Chicago game, he has two.  During the last 7 games, he has a td to interception ratio of 6-1.  His completion percentage isn't that great, but the Jets game skews the numbers somewhat.  Also, he got sacked 22 times in our first 7 games, 9 in our last 7.  Part of that is better Oline play, but I do believe he deserves credit for  getting the ball out quicker.  Overall, he is on a very good pace.  And as Cam goes, so goes the offense. Cam avoiding interceptions, running well and throwing td's is one of the primary reasons our ppg average is up and we are 6-1 in our last 7 games.

If we can continue to play well and go into the playoffs on a hot streak, things might get interesting.

Nah. They are gift wrapping that for Brady.

Wilson putting up historic numbers(percentage wise) but for a likely non playoff team. Antonio Brown injured, Carson Wentz injured.

I know, unfortunately he started off too poorly to be in consideration this year. I'll take Super Bowl MVP instead.

    • Panthers are clearly not worried about cap space so why are we?
    • Other than being the offseason and there isn't much to talk about, why does anyone worry about the cap? We can do whatever we want and still have cap space. You don't think the front office hasn't already figured it out and what they intend to do. Me I am just sitting back and watching. After all my job isn't on the line if we lose. Although at my age we don't have forever if I am going to live to see us play in another superbowl
    • I get the TD's and I pointed it out, but like I said, when Burrow had more than double the TD's than Geno had, I think Higgins increased TDs compared to DK was more a product of Burrow and the Bengals offense than because of him vs DK as WRs. When one of their QB's finished 4th in MVP voting despite missing the playoffs and the other was just traded for a late 3rd round pick and replaced by Sam Darnold, I think that's a tough narrative to brush aside to just look at raw stats as well. Again, swap DK and Higgins last year, do you honestly believe DK wouldn't have put up better stats than Higgins did? Contracts and trade compensation aside, I'm taking DK over Higgins 100 out of 100 times, there is no debate about it for me.
