Its funny how a woman is given a job of power or and could possibly do a better job than any other person in FO. How can anyone make an assumption that she will not make a difference in the organization and succeed where many have failed and she comes through even getting shield removed and have Panther logo placed there. There was an Air Force Lieutenant and she was a female fighter pilot and she bested the guys in that unit and they had made it clear that they did not like that and she eventually had been grounded never to fly again. My point is don't underestimate someone just because of who or what gender or position they held or hold because that is irrelevant.

Yep she’s in a tough spot. Lots of scrutiny. Probably can do no right. 

For everyone that watches the Panthers, we all just want them to win so hopefully she does make a difference.
