I saw her name mentioned in the SI article as someone whom Richardson was very close with.

Cheer leading is a PT job with relatively low pay. Most of those women are professionals in other fields. I can completely accept that she's highly capable. What I find hard to accept is that she wasn't an enabler. It'd be difficult to secure such a high profile position of power in the Panthers back office, as it has been run by Jerry, without being complicit in what's been going on.
