Listen dum dums

She has been running the owners office for a long time now. Jerry hasn't touched day to day operations for a looooong time. You think Jerry shows up 8-5 monday through friday and works? lol

But if I accept that that would mean I would have to accept a woman got further than me, a man, in life without resorting to sexual favors and is actually good at her job involving sports.

It doesn't jive with the stereotype that a woman couldn't have been really running the show for a guy who just took a fall for treating women like sex objects. Add in the fact that she started with the organization as a cheerleader and you get people jumping to nasty conclusions. The world is not black and white though, and JR obviously isn't just an evil misogynist. Personally, I hope she's good enough at the job that she gets to keep it after the team is sold.

Make no eye contact with females, especially at work.

speak to no female without a neutral observer and a full recording of the conversation

date no one except through a dating app where there is proof of both wanting to go on a date.

if a woman at work wants to be in charge, get out of the way and let her unless you want to have allegations thrown your way.

thats the rules

It's actually really not hard to interact with women in the workplace (or outside of it) on an everyday basis without getting accused of sexual harassment. Most of us accomplish this feat everyday of our lives I would imagine. This includes polite gestures like opening/holding the door/elevator, complimenting a new haircut.... whatever really.

Stop being dramatic because you lack the ability (apparently) to function in everyday society.

Having a woman in the position to take over the team business officially at this moment is a big PR coup that fell into the Panthers lap due to luck and good timing.

Some of those cheerleaders are brainiacs (some of them are not, kinda like real life). All of them are overacheivers with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. We lucked out having her in charge right now and not another fat old white guy.

Just a little embarrased by some of you here, whether its a lame attempt at humor, which I am an expert at personally, or actual dismissal of this woman without knowing anything about her.

Here are some cheerleader pics I took this week. Maybe a future manager of the team is in here.
