Should also be remembered that when Jerry Richardson declined to attend the NFL Owners Meetings a few months back, he sent Tina Becker in is place. Not Marty Hurney, Richard Thigpen or any of the other higher ups, but her.  She represented the Panthers interests at a gathering of the most powerful men in the league.

I have no doubt a woman can do most jobs as well as a man.  In some cases better and in some cases not.  I also am assuming nothing either way in Tina's ability to to the job set before her even well before the fancy title she has now.

But for the love of God, I am a man and can't be alone in my curiosity as to what Tina looked like in her physical prime and where she got her start as a cheerleader here.  WHERE ARE THE PICTURES OF HER ON THE FIELD ARMED WITH POM POMS?

Sure, the optics make this look good because she is a woman. But, Becker would have been the logical choice whether she was a woman or not. In fact, her role is hardly changing from most reports.
