My pick for new Carolina Panthers owner

I really dont care who it is, my only requirement is that they keep the team here permanently.  You would think that would make lend itself to them being local but Shinn was a local and still turned out to be a vindictive asshole.  So, idc...  i just want them to keep the team here, have a vision to build a contender, year in and year out, to not settle for anything less than out very best every season...  those are my only requirements.

Relatively young (60) local guy. Would never move the team. Family has strong ties to the Carolinas. 

Already has the Belk Bowl at Bank of America Stadium. Obviously loves football. 

Recently retired from Belk. Plenty of free time. 

Family is worth billions.
