London?  Mexico?  Toronto?

It's only a matter of time until the NFL goes international.

The NFL are slowly dying in the US, what makes you think they will survive if they have teams outside the US?  I just don't see it.  It's a pipe dream.

The NFL is starting to resemble a traveling circus as they try to follow the money.  If a team starts losing money then their first thought is to move them to some city that will pony up the money for them to set up shop and start fleecing the fans of their new city.  That's how these scumbags work.

St. Louis still wants a football team. The next owner will compare markets and costs to do so. New owner would want a new stadium elsewhere, and hopefully would be okay with BOA. If new owner comes in and demands the city build a new stadium, his team will dip. Which will, in turn, not be my team anymore.

Why does everyone all of the sudden think, change in ownership means relocation of team? The two have nothing to do with each other

The biggest reason for me, is because the majority of NFL teams have financial backing from their respected locations. The Panthers were privately funded until the stadium upgrades. Which gives the team a tether for a couple of years to the city of Charlotte. However, BOA is one of the oldest stadiums in the league now, and a new owner will probably want a new stadium within 5 to 10 years. Who will pay for it? <---The next city that wants a NFL team. That is how the Panthers will move, all Politics! If Charlotte doesn't pay, someone else will. <---This is my fear.

Can’t see them moving a successful franchise.

I can't see Charlotte levying a 1+ billion dollar tax scheme for its residence. New ownership, new stadium, it is possible regardless of success or ties to the community. Money talks.
