So if the Panthers move, you will no longer be a fan

it's wild how easy people think it is to move a team. these things are seen coming years in advance in most cases. you can't just pick up a $2.6 billion dollar asset and plunk them down in the middle of some other place. there's contractual obligations, stadium deals, taxpayer money.... there's so much red tape it's preposterous almost and that's even when the team is actively trying to forward that process. relocation applications, league approval.... here's the thing. even if he's not an owner anymore, Jerry Richardson is one of the most powerful men in football. if he doesn't want this team to move, if he wants this to be a part of his legacy, it won't move. it will be sold to a party that has keeping the team in Carolina as a condition of the sale. I do think it's important for Richardson's legacy that the team doesn't move as a result of his impropriety. that would be the last dagger into his public image.

They aren't moving....you're trying to talk to the morons who expect the Panthers radio personalities to be calling every national game and wet their vagina every time an announcer mentions the other team we play during the broadcast.

The same dumbasses who don't understand why the other teams moved in the first place. And motherfugers who sure as fug don't know poo about finances.

I mean this article was from earlier this fugin year:

God damn retards I swear.

Take it,easy man, it's just a hypothetical question.  Nobody said the team was moving.  The same as any other question that's been asked, like "If" Shula got fired who would you want to replace him.  I for one am a fan of this team because of their location.  I don't root for players, I don't care about Jerry Richardson, or Ron Rivera, or anyone else.  I want our city to be a winner.  I want the team that is in my city to care about winning as much as I do.  We all have different reasons why we love this team.  Mine is because they are in my backyard

fug everything else.

I would be done with football entirely.

That being said, I do not think that they are going to move.  It is silly to think that they cannot though.  All it takes is for person that buys the team to be doing so because they want to move them, similar to what happened to the Supersonics.

I do think that our odds are substantially improved with JR selling while still alive as I imagine he will do all he can to make sure they go to an owner that will keep them here.

London?  Mexico?  Toronto?

It's only a matter of time until the NFL goes international.

We aren't moving.    The Panthers are highly profitable and the league is like 95% profit sharing.   The other owners would NEVER approve a move of a profitable franchise, it's literally like burning money for them.
