A lot more repeat offenders out there that haven't been but slapped on the wrist.  Davis will get fined for the hit but it definitely is not an intentional hit.

TD admitted what he had done was wrong but the media and fans of Packers and other teams are saying he did it purposely to win game. TD is not that type of player to go out and just hurt other players like this.
