Doubt the players are all too affected by the owner getting investigated. If anything, it will be the coaches responsibility to keep the focused. And Rodgers is hardly gonna be on fire since he hasn't seen in-game action in months.

Exactly see Donald Sterling. I'm sure there is some rule that allows the owners to vote another owner out for misconduct or some other standard that Jerry failed to live up to in the bylaws of ownership. Not tot mention the climate we are in now where this stuff is far from tolerated its easy to see why the NFL and the other owners would can Jerry to set an example and save face.
