I have not idea what you are talking about.  I was commenting on the statement iceage made that the about not giving the accused the benefit of the doubt.  I said that is the basis of our legal system.   What is happening now is peoples lives are being ruined by an allegation.   After the investigation, if he (or anyone) is found, then flame away on that person.

What's the hit rate on the #metoo allegations?

There would be cities lining up for a franchise if the panthers decided to move.

Sure they would.  Which one is superior to Charlotte/Carolinas for an owner?  Which one is going to fork over $1.5 billion for a new stadium?  Which one would the league approve (ie think Jerry Jones or Bob McNair would allow San Antonio?  Yeah right.)?

im really not worried about that. people are too thin skinned about that kind of stuff. i like the Seth McFarlane approach: make fun of everyone and give no quarter to anyone.

eh. i was just reading an article today about how St. Louis has moved on from the NFL. they arent even worried about it. Oakland is probably about the same. San Diego is an option, but they seem more focused on futbol at the moment.

bro lol is this even a serious question. even players he didnt draft, im sure he pretty much signed their last contract. this is Gettleman's roster, with slight recent tweaks from Hurndog.

massive as in gravity? or in complaintants? just curious, because i havent heard anywhere that this is a class action kind of thing. correct me if im wrong.

San Diego as a municipality is B R O K E.  3 teams in Southern California after the Chargers attendance/move/public relations disaster/not able to half fill an MLS Stadium/wildfire epidemic?

I didn't state that Charlotte is better or worse than any other city. What makes a city superior is the money

If a new owner wanted to move the team there are a number of cities he could approach. I can name three or four that are outside of the US that would be considered superior in many ways.

You are nuts if you think there is not a single city in the world that would line up. The NFL just let two teams go to LA. You don't think San Diego might reconsider using public funds. Portland would love a team. No team in Oakland is silly. OKC, SA, Va Beach, SLC.

The NFL is basically the most marketable product in the world.

The NFL is a sinking ship.  Ever been to Portland?  Think they care enough to fork out $1.5 billion with all their homeless problems?  Think Paul Allen would approve that move?  Think the owners would approve moving to a football inferior state with 10 million less people than the football crazed “Carolinas”?  The “stadium era” is over.  24 of the 32 owners must approve a move.  The Panthers aren’t going anywhere, foreign or domestic.

So the NFL just relocated three teams in three years but all of a sudden there are no cities left in the world that would entertain a team.

Makes sense.

Charlotte’s GDP is somewhere around 20th. San Antonio is in the mid 30s.

Charlotte is in the center of multiple media markets between DC and Atlanta - it encompasses three states.

The Panthers currently have the 6th largest media market in the league behind only: NY, Oak/SF, Chicago, NE, and Philly. It’s bigger than Dallas and Houston...the panthers aren’t going anywhere.

Sinking ship?  Please.  NFL draft coverage gets more ratings than NBA playoff games or MLB world series views.

A bunch of cities would get on their knees and do absolutely anything if they even thought for one second they could attract a franchise.

Why would the NFL alienate over 17 million people? They wouldn't and what you say is true. It is not like the Panthers are struggling. To be honest they are doing quite well. The NBA made the mistake of moving the successful Hornets to lowly LA (which is not a basketball market). It did not work out well either. Seeing as the team has struggled to gain a good fan base even with a legit superstar. Why does Carolina always have to be the one to be picked on? If we were small and economically challenged I could see that. However, Forbes just listed North Carolina as the BEST state in the entire country for business. We are still one of the fastest growing states in the nation. Yep.
