If you are, you would logically conclude waiting out and seeing what happens is the best option instead of baseless clims with no evidence.

We don’t know what’s going on, but to accuse him already of sexual harassment and attack posters for defending JR shows you lack what you say you are for.

Wait and see what plays out. From JR’s history, it’s a near certainty it’s not sexual harassment or such. But rather than assume, let’s wait and see what happens before crucifying him.

You openly questioned validity of claims of sexual harassment by NFL Network analysts after Sapp had admitted guilt by claiming it was due to his CTE and urged to wait for evidence after evidence of a video of Ike Taylor was already brought to light.

I never accused JR of sexual misconduct. I accused posters (such as yourself) of lacking common sense and decency as you will question the claims of victims based on a rash of accusations while asking to "wait and see" for people with a history of issues (such as JR's known suppression of his players protesting).

To clarify, I'm not saying that the issue regarding JR is sexual harassment. My issue is the tendency to give the accused and only the accused the benefit of the doubt while questioning only the accusers.

Well that is how our legal system works.  When someone make an accusation, the burden of proof is on them.  The accused is presumed innocent.   Sadly, a lot of people now a days has the same view as you.  Throw out an accusation and sit back and see if the accused can defend himself.

Actually those victims didn't have a platform or way to speak up.

Sadly this was this norm dating back

I was unaware that our legal system was perfect and never gets verdicts wrong with clear evidence present.

I think that the families of Daniel Shaver, Eric Garland, and many more would disagree with you on that one. As will I.

I have not idea what you are talking about.  I was commenting on the statement iceage made that the about not giving the accused the benefit of the doubt.  I said that is the basis of our legal system.   What is happening now is peoples lives are being ruined by an allegation.   After the investigation, if he (or anyone) is found, then flame away on that person.

Absolutely nothing to do with what I said.   Of course they get it wrong.  But the fact remains the basis of our legal system is the accused is presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty.     Have you ever been falsely accused of something?  What if you were and you were fired from your job or friends and family distanced themselves from you just because you MIGHT be guilty?   I'm saying let the process play out.  If he is proven guilty of something then pile on.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You think the riots/socioeconomic issues that made Charlotte national news last September are bad?  Puppy piss compared to those two cities.  They don’t have one red cent of public money to give and are pissed off at the league to boot.

Better chance the A’s (whose latest ballpark deal fell through) come to Charlotte than the Panthers going there.  By a long shot.

And St Louis is a declining city obviously that’s always been baseball first anyway.  Missouri’s population as a whole is dwarfed by the Carolinas-they don’t need another team.

There would be cities lining up for a franchise if the panthers decided to move.
