It's a little different when he's the owner.  There are bylaws in place which have to be followed to suspend or remove an owner from an ownership group.  The standard is a bit higher than a run of the mill employee.

A few years ago JR fired his long time administrative assistant out of no where. It took everyone in the org by surprise. Not saying it has anything to do with it, just racking my brain on what it could be about.

To clarify, I'm not saying that the issue regarding JR is sexual harassment. My issue is the tendency to give the accused and only the accused the benefit of the doubt while questioning only the accusers.
