Thursday night football is probably the worst idea ever.  Lose half the team to injuries

Those complaining that Thursday night football should be stopped are also the ones tuning in to bet on the games, check out their fantasy players, or try and cash in on fan duel or draft kings. 

Thursday night football isnt going anywhere until everybody stops watching and tunes into Something else. 

What they should do is add a second bye week to the season and give the team a bye before their Thursday night game.
