They are just betting game worn jerseys, its not very meaningful. 

But its still kinda funny though. I gues he could get it if the team has the lead the whole game and they run zeke about 50 times, since he's averaging about 4 yards per carry this season. 

But be sure someone on the seahawks had to have gotten wind of the story by gameday, and will probably make it infinitely more difficult for him to get the 200

I would not put it past him.  I thought he was overated in the draft but I was very wrong.  He is the best back in the NFL.
