Ron on Golic and Wingo

On Rodgers coming back- Nothing has changed, we anticipated his return and game-planned accordingly

Biggest difference so far this season-

Cam has gotten healthy, have finally found our footing

Where is Greg Olsen’s health- Played on turf twice, had issues... looked good on grass

Is Cams running or passing more important to you winning- must keep it balanced, when we need him to run or pass he needs to step up

On Cams post-game attire- It’s who he is, doesn’t understand why people talk about it

On CTE in the NFL- not concerned about it, people have played football for years and never had problems with it

On why he looks like a statue on the sidelines and sometimes looks like a deer in headlights-

Didn’t actually ask but I wish they would have

I much prefer Ron on the sidelines than hothead losers like Jim Harbaugh and Pete Carroll.

They asked him if he would considered being tested if and when they come up with a test for someone still alive (since it can only be detected during an autopsy at this point). He was speaking from a personal point of view, and said that he would not because he still has all his faculties, and he sited examples of players who have lived fulfilling lives well into their 70's and 80's. He was not talking about overall, nor was he speaking about anyone but himself.

But way to go in making it into something way more than it was. You should get a job with the Observer. Maybe you can share a cubicle with Joe Person.

Dang son, you overreact to something , I clarify, point out that you overreact and you call me a crybaby? Are you a 12 year old girl?

He's right and you're wrong.

That's two against one thus, the ruling observation.

Stop exciting people.

Agree to disagree.  People are looking for any reason to bash Rivera at this point, and I was merely pointing out that he was making a mountain out of a molehill. And no one asked for your opinion, but thanks for playing.

The first sign of CTE is downplaying its significance.  Sorry Ron.

Technically the first signs are:

”Potential signs of CTE are problems with thinking and memory, personality changes, and behavioral changes including aggression and depression. People may not experience potential signs of CTE until years or decades after brain injuries occur.”

just dont want the huddlers to think that saying CTE isn’t a thing means you have CTE. That could end poorly.

He never said that CTE was not a concern, or anything related to that. He was speaking only about the testing that they are saying may be available in the next few years. He said he would not do the test because he does not have symptoms. That was it. That was the extent of the conversation. He did not downplay CTE, nor did he say it was not something to be worried about. He was simply answering a direct question about whether he personally would take the test. Not sure why everyone is trying to make this into something it is not.
