You dont wish that type of injury on anyone but seems like the NFC is wide open.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Unfortunate but there was a 50-50 chance they weren't getting the NFC championship game anyway, their defense got exposed the last couple weeks against stronger teams.

Their backup QB is Nick Foles.

I'm willing to bet a Doug Pederson-led offense even downgrading from Carson Wentz to Nick Foles will be good enough to win at least 2 out of 3 against the Giants, Raiders, and the Cowboys (and the only road game there is the Giants, so they might win 3 out of 3).

True but they are fuged for the playoffs.

The Raiders, Giants, and Cowboys have a shot IMHO now.  Not counting on it but it’s not the impossible task it was 4 hours ago.

the fact we have the tiebreaker against the vikes, we just need them and the saints to lose at least 1 and we win out and we have the #2 seed and a 1st round bye.

hate injuries for anyone. But I distinctly remember saying to my friends during the Panthers Eagles game that Wentz needed to be careful. He was extremely reckless with his body on some plays
