It is not a different conversation. That play was brought up to say that Shula sucks because he called it. When it actually was an audible. How is pointing that out a different conversation?

I didn't see too much wrong with the play other than the fact it was Fozzy who rarely sees reps anymore at a crucial point in the game. Fozzy just couldn't get to the ball quick enough otherwise we're not even discussing this.

Cam goes to the line with a handful of plays to call. Those are plays Shula has given him. Why is that play in the groupings during that situation? It’s situational play calling. Cam is to blame as well though but he needs to be coached about that situation. That was a crucial point in the game.

Anyone with a good set of eyes can see that. Doesn't read the field very well, stares down one receiver too often, holds on to the ball for too long, doesn't keep his eyes down the field to make a play, not just talking about keeping his eyes on one receiver and trying to fit it into a window. I'm talking about the stuff Russell Wilson does, and Carson Wentz, if he does like the touchdown pass he threw its 90% of the time intercepted. See the Chicago Bears game this season for your proof in that statement. Stop trying to make lame excuses Cam is a one trick pony. During the Superbowl run the Panthers didn't have any dynamic receivers and don't you dare call Ted Ginn a dynamic receiver, he was a deep threat yes but Cam's success didn't soley rely on him that year. The league has figured Cam Newton out. He was never any good and I blame the coaching staff for holding him back, he is an exceptional talent at QB once in a lifetime. I will agree with that, but he was POORLY coached his entire career.

Jesus.

I am torn between leaving again so I don't have to see stupid poo like this post or stay and help restore order.

Vikings are best in the league at disguising coverage and he has made a few QBs look completely confused

I've never thought you were as good a poster as you think you are.

What a tool you are.  I don’t think I’m a good poster at all, but whatever you say. I’m just a little more realistic than most of you. This team is not that good. Our best chance at a SB Championship is past us and we lost that one.  Keep those rose colored glasses on, they fit you well.

These receivers are no where near RW wrs they know how to comeback to the ball and attack the ball. Our wr continue to run routes away from Cam and when he does throw it they sit and wait for the ball to come to them not locating where the near defenders are. And yes Cam has had to teach himself bc the coaching staff was inexperienced when he got here and they still don't know dilly squat. I will take Cam over any QB except Brady and Rodgers maybe. I appreciate his effort bc he has been handicapped his whole tenure here.

You're a shitty fan

Nah, I just don’t have my head in the sand like some. Just because you root for a team doesn’t mean you can’t see them for what they are.  This team is about the 10th best in the league and is poorly coached, that doesn’t equate to a team that will make a super bowl run.
