Not wanting to feed the a troll, or be one. But to play devils advocate that’s a nice average of around 5-6 yards a pass attempt. That’s terrible. Plus it includes the somewhat “deep” catch Funch had

We don't have the weapons to attack their secondary. Few teams do. But especially us.

Rhodes, Waynes, Alexander and Smith are all really good on that system, two of those players are top 5 in their respective position. Add on that pass rush and our lack of competent pass blocking, a run heavy game makes sense.
