Official Vikings at Panthers Gameday Thread

Ya'll hear the post game show? The Panthers win was clearly more significant the Vikings had an 8 game winning streak and statistically were the best team on offense and defense going into the game, the Rams simply lost a game they should've won while giving up 43 points.

Are any of you guys seeing what the Jaguars are doing to the Seahawks though?!? Complete domination.

Seattle's defense is Swiss cheese right now.  Wilson is earning any MVP votes he may get.

With the Rams and Cowboys (with Elliot) coming up, Seattle has a more difficult path to the playoffs than we do.

I liked the play, he was wide open. That ball has to be thrown lower. If you are throwing to the sidelines, high passed aren't too bad because there is no one behind a tip. Over the middle is just asking for an INT. Remember Dickson's tip that Shepard dropped? Luckily it was our guy who dropped it. The pass to McCaffery was an easy pass as he blew by the defender and high was the only danger.

Cam played well aside from that play, but that was a really bad mistake.

I agree,  there was nothing wrong with the call.  Hit CMC with a decent pass, and its a first down.  But all players make mistakes, and overall, Cam did play well.   Doesn't matter though, as Cam and the rest of the team found a way to overcome those mistakes, and against a very good team.

BRAVO, freaking BRAVO, freaking BRAVO!!!.......You MAY have found that SWAGGER everyone was talking about with a win like this!! Guy's making Big plays in crucial moments. Doesn't matter that we went into that soft cover 2 defense, and play not to lose offense midway through 4th qtr.... In the end you stepped up in a big, big game, SET the tone, and came up big in the moments when you needed to.....Opportunistic football!! You took away what made them good, and established what makes you good!!....The recipe that wins big games!!.....Don't want to speak too soon, but this is the kind of win that could indicate a team getting hot at the most opportune time. I know the Panthers can be wishy washy, but with Worley AND Bradberry getting picks, it bodes very well for the SWAGGER of this team. Olsen hopefully will get back to form, and I was especially impressed by how Byrd make an impact coming off an injury. Could be HUGE!!!......I'm really hoping this was the game these guys FINALLY realized...."WHY NOT US, we're pretty dang good". This was a full on "Psyche win" for this team!!

Add that to the extra activity that took place at the end of the game, where they will likely have 2 or maybe 3 players possibly suspended for their actions and that Seattle defense is looking even more vulnerable. I'm expecting Michael Bennett to get in the least a nice fine and possibly a 1 game suspension for his dirty cheap shot at the the Jaguars Center Brandon Linder's leg and then continuing to go after his leg after the whistle blew. This led to the fight that Sheldon Richardson threw a punch and was ejected so he will likely be out a game. Quinton Jefferson was ejected the next play after more pushing and shoving and he even got into an altercation with the Jaguar's fans, who threw stuff at him, though he attempted to try and climb into the stands to get the fans so I kind of expect him out for 2 or so games.

I know Wilson is a good QB but I can see them easily getting out scored thanks to the weak defense depending on what the League and Goodell decide to do about those 3 players.
