I think that they will still have plenty of motivation....home field is on the line. I really havent seen them be unmotivated much this year, and if they cant get up for this game, then I will have to seriously rethink my hopes for this team.

The thing I don't like is that this week is a huge game and next week its a huge game for New Orleans to salvage some pride and finish with a winning record.

Atlanta, draws St Louis.

So if we lose this week we face a dangerous team while atlanta gets a cream puff. We could feasibly lose the division.

Honestly I hope they have been watching the Atlanta game. If they have, then they would see the possibility of losing the division and a first round bye to the Falcons if they don't bring it tonight. What better motivation could there be?

  Houston was about the worst team in 2022 (Bears also had 3 wins). Detroit was likely the worst team from 2019-2021 with 11 wins total. 2 years after 3 win seasons, both teams were playoff teams and look to be playoff contenders for a while. Both of them had solid drafts during their low periods. They also got rid of people for picks during that period to make it easier to draft well. We did the opposite and traded away good picks so 2 years is likely 3 for us but unless Brooks really is amazing, our 2024 draft isn’t cutting it for great drafting. We need legit great drafting. We need a Myles Garrett or a CJ Stroud with our top pick in 2025.
