and we fired DG after an abysmal 6-10 season where he let go of a franchise CB and decided to start two rooks and failed to address the RT position whoarguably single handedly lost us the SB.

so what's your point?

That you're citing a team that just fired their GM after a winning season as an example of "sane, logical businessmen who won't blow everything up after a measly loss to a worthy opponent."

Why are calls to action each week based off of years of observations and outcomes considered reactionary or "emotional"?  Thrse aren't snap judgments.  Many here are confused between what being a fan and what being a follower entails.  Those same people are unable to reconcile the concept of being a fan and the idea that you don't have to support everything your organization does.

I'm amused at the notion that this is because of one game.

I've been off the Rivera train since 2014. I was willing to reconsider during 2015, but then I saw how the  Super Bowl went and heard the Broncos afterward.

And Hurney? Come on.

same here. the only delusional ones are the ones thinking this is new.

the 15-1 season was an anomaly and i'm absolutely not content with that being the case.

we are an inconsistent team with a coaching staff is incapable of sustaining success.

It's funny seeing the same ones back in Fox/Delhomme era that called everyone else crazy and silly for being upset are now back to doing the same thing lol.  Then you have some new ones that didn't live through it doing the same thing also. This isn't our first rodeo.

It was funny to hear the Delhomme apologist saying that the Arizona game wasn't a sign of things to come and he'd be ok. Being delusional is a form of denial I guess.

The extension after that was the day my soul left my body. Then the Eagles game came along and confirmed everything I had been saying. I still remember everyone then that were still in denial and saying how wrong the ones upset were.
