Serious Question. Should We Go In On Our Run Game In The Draft?

Should we risk it and go for Barkley? I truthfully think at this point we should. I'm looking at the standings and I see, Browns, Colts or Tampa Bay aiming for him. If he makes it past the Browns...

Saquon Barkley

Nick Chubb

Derrius Guice

We really should aim for these 3. I think Nick is definitely more than 220 with a knee injury, just saying (not ACL though). I skipped Bryce cause I think CMC is going to push Panthers fans away and I think KJ is staying at Auburn and KJ my guy but he's been injured a lot. Then you have Derrius

Billy Price - Center in the 2nd

Unfortunately we are fuging stuck with Kalil until 2019 sigh. Norwell is a free agent. List of offensive line http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/offensive-line/

If this franchise goes RB in the 1st round again then move them to London and get them out of my fu(king sight.

Safety (Ronnie Harrison), DE, WR, and OL are all possible and acceptable 1st round picks depending on a ton of factors obviously.  RB is not.

I have no idea, but, a QB is the safest bet since Cam will be getting out as quick as possible.

QB is a huge need.  Cam is our man for a long time but need insurance and a guy worth a $hit to give the rest of the team quality practice reps.

really? I see Cam powering his way out of Carolina. What coach/OC is not salivating for Cam?

The best running backs this year were not drafted in the first round.  There would be zero reason for drafting one in the first round again.  We should draft a WR.  But the odds of Hurney drafting a 1st round wide receiver are nil.  Both safety and de are big needs, so I see us going with one of those positions.

WR and DB can be addressed Free Agency. I don't see any receivers or safeties worth a 1st round pick. We have quite a few names that should be cut that will save money, including Stewart. DE takes too long to develop, but risk it for Chubb? You want someone to help Cam now its one of those backs. I'm not seeing CMC as our starting RB, sorry. He's a 2nd RB that can catch. Watching the Cowboys with and without Zeke idk

This guy isn’t worth a 1st?  He’s better than former Tide Landon Collins coming out.

True-but it’s safe to say no 1st round RB under ANY circumstances.

I can't say that.  Look at Elliott and Gurley!  Even Melvin Gordon and Fournette have made huge differences.

You have to look at every draft unto itself in some regards.  Just because Gettleman screwed up last draft doesn't mean that our opinions of RBs being drafted in the first should be jaundiced next draft.

Cam is locked up through the next election cycle and will have at least one ring by contract’s end-the team will have control after that, and both player and team will reach another deal.
