Y’all do realize that Cam more than likely goes with the Coaxhing staff.  And if you disagree name a coach that would come in and keep a QB that you can’t teach foot work, climbing the pocket or using the check down. Yes he’s a great athlete and can scramble. But a new coach especially and offensive minded one would draft a QB in his first or second Draft.  So careful what you ask for you might just get it.

You mean the half of season he played with Fischer I would trade half this team for Goff tomorrow including Cam.  Like I said as soon as this coaching staff is gone, Cam is 1 or 2 years right behind them. I’m just looking for a non homer to logically answer the question.

Wouldn’t hurt my feelings. I’ve maintained all along that Cam was just an average QB.

I didn’t say we would be better at what point did I say better. A QB 1.5 years into his career with great accuracy great arm great footwork to build around I will take it with the athleticism to keep a play alive. Or a QB who leads the team in rushing and is more than likely gone as soon as his current contract expires either way. With it or without a new coaching staff. By your on admission this team isn’t doing anything and since you still didn’t answer the auctual question I will ask again. A new coaching staff means. New QB yes or NO. New coach means new system and a new Coach isn’t going to teach a QB a system that isn’t going to be here. He will draft a QB that will fit his system

To answer your question, please name the many teams who switched coaches and changed their QB

The answer is more than likely not, unless Cam is seriously borderline washed up

And if you're using this as an excuse to not fire Ron, damn we're screwed if the fans is even supporting this coaching staff

I’m not supporting this coaching staff or the RB playing the QB position.  This whole thing needs to be rebuilt but not until the season over.  And most of your teams that change coaches without QB’s is getting another coach a season or two later.  Also don’t use the Rams that’s QB played a half a season so he was basically a new QB when that coach took over.  Matt Ryan was horrible the season every time  he got a new coach, Cam doesn’t have 2 seasons to waste and most coaches aren’t going to want to teach a system to a QB that can’t retain information.  Or just refuses to implement the teaching. Like footwork or pocket presence or how to throw a sideline route or reading blitz packages pre snap. Who is 6 years in and has struggled with these issues in 5 of the 6 years.  So at some point all this fire the coaching staff so Cam can get better is just non sense.  It’s like cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Cutler is the only established franchise QB I can remember off the top of my head who got sent packing by a new coach. And let's face it, Cutler is an a--hole.

I remember when the Oilers and Raiders swapped Pastorini and Stabler but I don't think that's the same situation.

So while anything's possible, hanges to the organization do not guarantee Newton waving bye bye.

Cam has to be on the right team, and clearly The Panthers are not that team. after 7 years they still have no idea what to do or how to do it.
