I'm not saying what he is doing is right, I'm saying it happens in the workplace. It doesn't matter if it's a corporate workplace or a factory workplace. Disrespect happens all the time with people who have power. I been embarrassed on the workplace plenty of times. It's why I wasn't defending Jones. When you don't do your job your boss will embarrass you in front of everyone. Play/Work like trash get treated like trash. Most of the time they just fire you after you worked a full shift lol. My goodness I'm getting flashbacks. So glad I don't have to answer to anyone anymore. Those days were stressful. -
