Eh they made it clear there is nothing but soreness. This is the most important game left on the schedule and there is nothing actually injured still so he could sit and get injured in any next game as easily as he could play and get injured this game.

Rather have him even if he missed a game or two after this one.

I kinda figured he wouldn't be. He had swelling in his surgically repaired foot which isn't good at all. It's not like it's a shoulder you can play through or get a cortisone shot and he's fine. I expect him back next week. Tough stretch going forward.

Yeah, he's young and  has no idea of the future ramifications of the things he does today, just like all of us. I work a physical job and I am now paying the price for some of the things I did to get the work done when I was younger.  I am positive Olsen has played through injuries in the past.  At Olsens age he and the Panthers need to be careful for his future.  This turf is not the right place for them to test his foot.
