If you saw La beat the Saints you know

If you saw La beat the Aints you should have seen the "key to the victory" when it was winning time late in the game and Brees gets into insanely accurate clutch time. The La Rams threw pass after to pass to move the ball keep the chains moving and Brees on the sideline. Point being Aints have some stout run d and trying to seal a game by running when the team knows your about to run is not a winning formula. Even with Gurley who we all believe is all worldy they threw solid passes late in the game to seal the victory. Will we be able to replicate that success because trying to run it to protect a lead isn't going to work. We all know Ron with a lead is shutting down the offense how do y'all feel about passing the ball to seal the victory late in the game?

Any time I have a choice between keeping the ball in Cam’s hands or him handing it off and putting the ball into the hands of our running game I’m going with Cam 100% of the time.

Our running game is trash and our two big plays yesterday when trying to run out the clock were a pass to Dickson and a roughing the passer call, both passing plays

If we have any sembelance of a lead in the 4th quarter , Rivera will play ultra conservative like he always does. I'm actually predicting this to be a close loss. We always play down to the competition, but even last season we were playing up to the competition vs Cheifs, vs Raiders, vs Broncos, and this season vs Patriots. If anything  , following the trend we will likely be trading scores with them and itll be close late in the game.

Just going into the psychology of it, the players already know they got beat down by the Saints at home once and if they let themselves get trampled over again, they'll be booted out of the division race and no one will respect them as a contender (losing to Saints 2x and Eagles 1x, i.e. they dont have what it takes to actually beat an NFC playoff team). Even if its not the best performance I'm predicting them to play their asses off.

I think what it comes down to is turnovers. If we throw 3 picks like the last time we haven't a shot in hell. However this team is 8-0 when having 1 int or 0 int, and 0-3 when 2 or more ints are thrown, so that's a key stat to keep an eye out on. Cam gets mentally frustrated and his play suffers after throwing anymore than 1 int and the team pretty much follows suit. Saints are too good to win against if we dont win the turnover battle. But if we can force a couple key turnovers and not commit any on our own, i seriously like our chances. Cam's going to come out hot off the press after stinking it up last game vs the Jets and everyone knows the division's on the line.

This is next level sh*t right here and explains how Goff looks absolutely amazing this year compared to last year. McVay is calling the damn audibles! That is genius.

That’s awesome.

Basically confirming what I already suspected that McVay deserves almost all the credit for what’s going on in LA right now.

Could you imagine Cam with a genius in his head pre snap like Goff has McVay? I’m not sure anyone would be able to stop us.

This is the kind of thing actual offensive minds can do.

cam with a competent Owner, GM, and offensive minded head coach would be unstoppable.

Cams been carrying the franchise since he was drafted. It'd be nice to actually have staff who make cam better instead of inhibiting his potential.

Our best player is Cam who plays quarterback on offense. We have a defensive minded staff and organization who think its still the 70s or 80s where we need to just run and play decent defense to win games. They're pretty much treating the defense like they are the steel curtain or 85 bears, and we saw last game how crappy the unit can be and theyve already been exposed a multitude of times this season. Our secondary is a gaping hole and a huge weakness and the pass rush is inconsistent.

    • I like that a lot; Ware from Troy and also Khalil Mack who played at University of Buffalo
    • I remember the Huddle consensus over the course of last season and the previous one. Lots of Bryce is a bust, we should've drafted a 4th slot WR, should've kept Wilks, should've kept an armless Cam, etc etc. So... yea... already thought about that. I wouldn't trust the Huddle to detail my car, let alone run a multi-billion dollar professional sports team. 😛
    • bold prediction, I think Mike Green will be the best pass rusher in this class, and thats even with abdul carter.  He reminds me of demarcus ware, not just in size and prowess, but even coming from a Sunbelt school (Ware from Troy, Green from Marshall).  I think he is passionate about the sport where I think Carter as the physical freak might not have the heart.  Thats the guy Im sold on and am gonna hammer the table for, I know he's not projected 8, but he is projected like 12-13, so if a slide back can happen and we still get the guy I want, I'm 100% on board. All that said, it takes 2 to tango, I think the Cowboys are the tango-er.  IMO theres a VERY good shot that Jeanty is available at 8.  Why does that matter?  Not only do the cowboys NEED a runningback (dak sucks without a run game), but MORE importantly, gee where did Jeanty play in high school.....Frisco TX, literally Dallas Metro.  Soo, RB is a position of need and the best RB and most blue chip draft selection that  could improve the offense immensly played IN dallas metro AND will be in range for them to move up and pick?  Do ya think Jerry Jones is gonna just say no to the Jersey Sales?  Jerry might have sexually assaulted a woman and attempted to prevent black people from going to school, but he's no idiot (he is).  IMO, we get a good enough package, prlly their first and third,  maybe a conditional later and we move to 12.  We get Green, they get Jeanty, everbuddy happy.
