In essence, pull for Chicago(LOL), Niners(LOL), Bucs(LOL), Steelers(doesn't really matter), and Rams.

I think I'll just skip all that and pull for us against the Jets because the only outcome that is even remotely likely is the Rams over the Saints.

The Niners were never good and have had a spate of injuries and bad luck but now have Jimmy G under center and host a Seahawks team they should have beaten in Seattle when the Hawks were full strength-now limping into Santa Clara on a short week.  Not only do the Niners have a chance, it may even be better than 50%.

The Bucs and Bears can win too.  Less than 50%, but far from the biggest upsets in football history.  Hell the Falcons lost at home to the Dolphins, who the Bucs just smoked last week.

If we lose tomorrow, the season is done. We have three must win games.. Jets, packers without Rodgers, and bucs. We lose any of those and we're fuged

So you are a Panthers fan?  Agree.  Losing to the green $hit that are the Jets coming off a bye makes one officially doodoo, and in need of flushing the commode on the 2017 season.  Not gonna happen.

What does me being a Panthers fan have to do with that?

Nevermind.. I guess he thought I was a saints fan cuz I disagree with his premise that Lattimore is terrible and joke around with @saints4lifeagain

S4LA is one of two cool Saints fans I know. I love joking around with him too. And @Nails posts some good stuff but he is incorrect that Lattimore is terrible. I’m not saying I’d have Lattimore over CMC, but I would have loved it if we picked him last year.

I think he is agreeing with you. I mean, I think that's what he is saying.

Yes, that’s what I was saying.  Simply a tongue in cheek comment to a poster who for whatever reason I offended because I posted the truth on the Panthers and Saints.

Best ability is availability.  Greg Olsen even preaches this.  And their first pick cannot be trusted to suit up based on a history that includes high school, college, the combine, the pre-season, the regular season, and now in the present day.

What a strange thread. I think in the key games (SOS will not matter) we agree, just want Buffalo to keep losing so we want KC to win. It is far, far more likely that a better draft pick impacts us versus somehow getting to SOS tiebreaker in playoffs. I honestly can’t ever recall that ever coming into play.

Indeed.  The Titans have at least a decent chance to beat the Rams in Nashville on Christmas Eve anyway, for all practical purposes eliminating SOS/SOV from the playoff table since we will sweep the AFC tomorrow.

Ironically having a stronger SOS HURTS a team in draft positioning so (in the SMALL chance we don’t win it all and pick 32 in every round), we actually want teams we’ve played to LOSE at this point.  A great argument can be made for it anyway.

You’re right. I just didn’t catch on to that as I was writing.
