So uh... apparently Ted Ginn fuging Jr. has the highest catch % of all WRs in the NFL

Wish he didn't play for the Saints so I could cheer for him.  He played well here and when all said and done, might have been our best WR in the last 5 years.  Not to mention what his speed caused defenses to do.

Ted Ginn was always good when he had a great QB to throw to him. Also get the idea out of your mind we had a chance to keep him. We didn't.

There are plenty of plays where Cam throws with anticipation, not always after they are open, 

drew just throws with a lot more touch instead of enough force to stop a locomotive

Ginn has always had elite level intangibles like speed and elusiveness. If he had consistent hands throughout his entire career, he would probably be a first ballot hall of famer.

People trying to make this into some sort of warped criticism of Cam Newton are making it clear they have no clue what they are actually talking about.

Ginn  finally put together a season with a high catch percentage.....good for him. However those on here somehow blaming Cams accuracy is absolutely absurd. I watched stone hands drop balls laid up to him right in the bread basket on many occasions. I still think Ginn is a good receiver and won’t discredit him. Hell  personally if the guy could just consistently catch the gb ball we may be discussing when he gets into the Hall of Fame.

These aren't drop stats, it's target -> catch ratio.
It is possible to have a high target -> catch ratio and still have a drop problem.
