I went to SB50 and found then that the time to buy tickets was the Monday before the game.  I saw ticket prices came down by 25% on that day.  Travel accomodations are more difficult that late but that worked well for me.  I would never buy tickets before I know my team has made it.

PrimeSport is a much better alternative than the one you posted. They do travel packages year round for all kinds of sporting events including the Super Bowl.

I would not do a package. I did very well on my own for SB50. Team hotel one night, two at where most owners were, and random post-game for a place to put my noggin. 

With lower level game ticket, four nights hotel (only paid for two), airfare (last-minute booking fee), and one-day rental car, I may have spent $6k. The stories I could tell are priceless. 

With a package, you're on their schedule and forego any room upgrades or perks.

I hadn’t got my cardio in for the day plus the game was over, wayyyy over!

I think I’d rather spend the money again than live with the regret of not witnessing them win if they ever do

I’ve already been talking to the wife about it, I missed out on SB50 go figure Levi is only 1hr from my house because I was transitioning jobs beginning to work for myself. But Minnesota in Feb Ooooooof 

Its 62 degrees in Cali now and it feels cold.

I hate to say it, but mortgage and kids' college funds outweigh Superb owl for me. Have fun, though!
