I think that was just a talking point to soften the drama that would be in the media if Hurndog just said, "He just isn't fast enough for the NFL and is not clutch like you would get from a 6'5 Calvin Johnson"

I think it really boils down to getting some picks in 2018 to add more offense to this team next year.

I feel you whole heartedly. But I think Hurney insinuated that KB wouldnt have tolerated a demotion and lost snaps for a long.

I think using a fullback will really help the running game even on sweeps nexus Arma h. Gets out well and blocks

Agree with that.  Plus...better to get something for him now rather than have to let him walk when his contract is up. Anticipating he would want more $$ than worth to the Panthers.

He should be also used in the passing game as an outlet. I can see him producing explosive plays similar to the one against Titans in preseason.
