The whole lines been playing progressively better lately. Gotta hope the trend continues into the big games against Saints and Vikings

Kalil for the most part has been playing a hell of a lot better recently. Not against any elite pass rushers the past 3 weeks but he has been playing worlds better.

I was really surprised by the how dominant the Oline was in this game. The Dolphins have a very similar front four to the Bears who gave our Oline fits.  This was a very good coaching tonight of attacking the Dline. We ran right at Suh a lot, double teamed, and kept Wake out of the backfield.

Isn't that what we came to expect from Oher?  Good pass protection, not much run blocking?

Except, in this case, I remember some pretty good run blocking from Kalil last night as well.  Credit where credit is due.

I think the biggest part of the O-line success last night was that they went after Suh and Wake rather than play passively. Suh was double teamed aggressively throughout and Wake was pretty much neutralized. That's smart planning and it paid off -- if you want to dominate the lines, then you've got to just punish their best players play after play.

Kalil is a fuging bum but it was obvious how well he played last night. In the run game and pass protection. I still think he is terrible and we should get rid of him, however I am okay eating crow if he turns it around. It's hard for me to envision that scenario, however.

McCaffery had a nice block on the Funchess TD but it was Kalil that cleared the way with his massive block

Kalil's problem hasn't been the physical.  Physical is what happened to Dak Prescott.  Physical is what Von Miller did to Remmers.  Kalil's problems have been mental. Inside set on outside pass rusher, missed assignment, etc.    The Oline is starting to play better over all.  Less complication on he run blocking seems to have helped.
