Yeah enough players get hurt his chances will improve.

sure. Watson was the only one hurt though right? I guess we can consider that "enough" and I am not arguing that CMC should be the ROTY. I am just providing facts showing that CMC is in the running for ROTY, when it was said "he is not even in the running for ROTY"

Love your negativity though! I will be sure to use it when I am trying to ruin someone's day

I actually was in attendance last night at the game. Some take aways I have are similar to what the original post was about, but here's mine:

Cam: He's looking great. He's having fun, just like our 2015 year. Other than the very questionable throw in the first quarter, which we were lucky to have incomplete, and maybe 1-2 more throws, he looked like MVP Cam last night. Also, he's opening up to running more it seems the past 2 games, which is opening our offense up even more. You can't sleep on him doing so -- he becomes another huge weapon when he's using those wheels.

Running Game: As stated already, the read option is our ticket in. The read option is designed to be ran when you have an effective running game with your QB and a questionable offensive line -- both of which we have. I know Miami's defense isn't great, but hopefully this is a sign that our running game is coming alive. It was great to see Stew over 100 yards and CAP get a bunch of touches while spelling McCaffrey on occasional early downs and definitely 3rd down to block and be that receiving back we've not had. Stewart looked like the 2009 RB we loved to see.

Wide Outs: Other than Sheppard's idiotic first quarter drops, we looked pretty solid. Funchess is coming into his own and seems like a viable replacement for Benjamin. Our offense is definitely based off the running game, but there's no reason Funchess can't be a target monster. I'm interested to see how he and McCaffrey share targets with Greg Olsen coming back against the Jets. I do hope we address the WR need with one of our 2 3rd round picks. Someone with some speed would definitely be nice with decent size (I'm not opposed to drafting Calvin Ridley in the first, but there are more than likely bigger needs. I also don't see him falling to the mid 20's when we make the playoffs).

Defense: Our defense, yet again, looks outstanding. Kind of like Cam -- other than a few mishaps here and there with the defensive backs, we're looking great. You can tell Mike Adams is experienced with his play at the line, but you can also tell he's 35 and needs a replacement next year. I hope we can draft one as well, just like I was hoping for one last year.

Overall -- what can we say? I know the Dolphins are a poor team and the game was a blowout, to say the least, but this is a statement win for other teams around the league. You're supposed to win games against teams you should beat, which we did, but with our offense playing very consistent, we now have to be considered a major threat. That's been the issue the entire year and was even the issue last year -- consistency. In my eyes, if we have Greg against the Eagles, we don't lose. That last pass to Benjamin that was forced would have never happened because Greg would have been force fed instead of Benjamin, resulting in the turnover hopefully not happening. I'm excited to see where the team goes from here, as we have some winnable games (Jets, Packers, Buccs) and some tougher games, but definitely could be wins (Saints and Vikings). #KeepPounding

Funchess TD on the bubble screen was all CMC. Amazing play by a RB, blocking TWO defenders within the first couple seconds of the wide open path for Funchess. But yeah, you give Funchess the credit for catching the ball and running straight. Literally wouldn't have happened without CMC as Kalil didn't get to his man in time.

CMC's rushing TD was a TFL for almost every HB in the league. TD catch was pretty damn impressive. Sick third down conversion making his player miss.

The more you talk the more clear it is that you have no idea what you are watching. Maybe you just read the play-by-play and are going from there?

Dude is on the field making an impact on almost every play.

Lol. No.

You might think you're being objective or realistic. But in reality you're just being a dick. You are literally finding the negative or undercutting the positive in any way you can. Your negativity (not your specifically but in general on this board) is why I come to this board basically once a week when I used to be on here everyday. Literally Twitter is more positive than you. Granted this place is still better than Facebook insanity, it's not much better. And even All Pro isn't safe from your incessantly negative viewpoint. You're literally sapping the joy from watching football and sharing that excitement with other fans. Why do you bother? Why do I bother? Fug off.

Lol

its all speculative, but I'm sure if we tried hard enough we could name 10+ starting RBs that dont score on that play. I personally didn't think CMC was going to score on that play... so our answer could/would e inaccurate. ha

He made a nice cut, but as I watch it, that's all on Alonso. He had outside help. He took an absolutely abysmal angle, like he did on the third down catch. If that was the Panthers LB, you'd be killing him, not praising the RB.

Bets are designed to trick people into making them.

Congrats on being an easy mark.
