Bill Cowher would not settle for average. I almost could bet if Bill Coward was to become HC of the panthers. He would start by going for his old dear friend and Dc Dick Leabu from the steelers. If the panthers offered Dick enough money. Dick would buy out his current contract with the steelers and come here and build carolina D into a great 3-4 team. Then Bill would Go for well known OC he trust knows that can run a good offense. Again Bill would not settle for averge on any given day I can tell you that much. Bill would go for only the best of them.
