He did, but that was the kind of pass that you see the greats try to make (brady, brees, or rodgers).  Shep coulda made a play on the ball had he not fallen down.  Also, if he hadn't fallen down, it's not a doubt if it's incomplete or not because at worse he knocks it away.

Part of that is him trusting his receiver,  who still hasn't figured out a game has started.  No, he shouldnt throw across his body, but this supporting cast is effing up.

Cam probably should have just ran for a few yards instead of throwing it. Luckily this SHOULD be an obvious incompletion but who knows with how bad reviews have been lately. Maybe not just saw that replay no where to run.
