Buffalo and New Orleans, hoping the Bills can pull that one out and give the Taints a loss. Also Dallas and ATL, I hate both, and we technically need Dallas to lose since they are a potential wildcard team. But I cannot in good faith root for ATL ever, so hopefully Dallas pulls out the win, ugh.

i can comfortably root for dallas to win today knowing there's no way they will survive the ezekiel elliott-less stretch.

After see the Saints debacle at BoA, I am a Bills fan today for sure. I convinced my wife to watch after telling her it was really like watching the "Panthers Lite." Next up, I'll be rooting for the Cowgirls to keep the Falcons at bay. Being one of the few around here that actually appreciates the magic Belichick, Brady et al are capable of, Sunday night football is a good watch tonight as well. I can't remember the last time I was looking forward to seeing three straight games in one day. The fact that they lead into the Panthers at home on MNF with us being a solid playoff contender at this point is a thick layer of icing on the cake. Helluva football weekend.

PS...Seeing the U in top form last night was pretty cool too. Maybe they'll generate a TE or two like they did in the past. If so, we all know one Huddler who will let us know about it.

    • I had pretty much accepted that Bryce Young was never going to have a career here but this game legitimately gives me pause. He was really outstanding. We have 6 games left to see if it's a flash in the pan or true growth. It would certainly be better for the long term outlook of this team if he could pan out so we don't have to keep starting from scratch. I'm now keeping an open mind
    • It's not unreasonable but I would say the investment just doesn't matter anymore. To me, being #1 or Mr irrelevant shouldn't guarantee him a starting job next year. I will say the last few weeks have gone very far in changing my mind from "not sure I want him on the team at all" to "well poo, maybe he could win a starting job next year if he keeps improving."
    • someone who can stop the run would be nice. brown being out has made our run defense almost non-existent
