Cheap win. Redskins were robbed on the Punt.

Fumbles are flukes then huh? tell that to person who "dropped" it, or to the defender that "knocked" it out. Fumbles happen because something caused it come out. Having a player push another player into someone who just called for a fair catch and getting away with it, NOW THAT'S A FLUKE!

Just like someone being pushed into a punter, no? Your argument is horrible; the premise is that something is done to force the fumble. Guess what? Something forced the punt being botched.

Football 101:

If you are going to call for a fair catch, make sure no team mates are around you and either make sure you catch the damn ball or get the hell out of the way!

How exactly was Randel El supposed to catch the ball with Westbrook being pushed into him before the ball even got there? Randel El was halfway down when the ball finally got there.

A defender cannot simply push a blocker into his own punt returner, but thats what happened. And you watch, that rule will see a change like all the other stupid nfl rules that finally take an incident during a real game that really matters, to show how stupid a rule it is.

AND THAT IS A FLUKE!

Dude, I know you don't like the call, but that doesn't make it the wrong call nor does it mean that the rules should be changed.

Guess how they could've prevented it from happening at all? DON'T LET THE GUY PUSH YOU INTO YOUR RETURNER!

It's simple, eh? It's not like a pass interference call where you can't prevent the other player from interfering. It's not like a false start where you can't control the other players from moving.

Do you know what the conclusion of the previous paragraph is? The reason the call is fine is because the blocker could control the outcome of the play by controlling his own actions; the actions of the other player were not important. The other player can push him all around the field if he lets him. However, with all other penalties, you can't control the outcome because it's directly related to someone else's actions (or inaction).

Dont remember this one then i take it?

Referee Walt Coleman worked the infamous Patriots-Raiders playoff game that introduced the world to the tuck rule. In the Washington Redskins-Carolina Panthers game, Coleman and his crew correctly interpreted another rule that was equally confusing to those watching and, arguably, just as ridiculous. That rule got changed, and i'm betting this one will too.

Once again, FLUKE

The ball was in play and either Westbrook or Randel El should've cleared the way for a fair catch. If Randel El waited too late to call it, then it's on him.
