I agree with @Popsickle. Honoring those who have served ought not be viewed as a political issue.

We don't need these unnecessary "Merica', f*ck yeah!" displays to honor anyone.

Besides that, you don't get the right to claim this isn't a political issue when we've spent decades blowing up families in the middle east only to come back home and celebrate it at a sports venue of all places.

You can criticize our leaders all you want, but those men just went and did what they were told, many of them believing they were right and many of us believing the same. I don’t fault our soldiers for doing their duty and neither should you. That’s not a reason to make it a political issue to honor them.
