    If anyone is having it at their tailgate, let me know. Mahi is the wifes' favorite meal. Probably cheaper to drive to Charlotte for a tailgate, than go through the trouble of shopping, preparing, cooking, cleaning, and all that jazz.

That fish is a dauphin and not dolphin. I stand corrected.  It is Coryphaena hippurus.  Better known as dolphinfish.

I'm pescatarian and too much fish sucks. You can feel the mercury in your veins. I go straight Shrimp, oysters, crab, and just a bit of fish.

I have the perfect recipe. Pound the hell outta it for 60 minutes, make sure it's real salty, and burn it real good.
