Bringing back a lil 2015...

Where has the Spanish broadcasters gone?  Im sure the Newton 'Dunk' TD had to have been a good call, they were so great to hear during our 2015 run.

I remember when Cam tried to bring the dab back last year (I think it was against KC) and everyone on this board went nuts thinking the 2015 Cam was back. Welp, we blew a 17-3 lead in the 4th quarter and the rest was history.

i think we need to stop hanging on to 2015. I've said it many times before, it was an anomaly and trying to bring back anything that worked that year is just not going to work this year. We have to establish a new identity and role with it.

Thanks a lot Trump

I lol'd as DT voter. Anyways we need the Mexican (under the assumption of nationality) broadcasters rewatch the game and do commentary over it to make up for bad commentary we get in English. I would fugging pay for it! Heck, my wife is now into a Spain drama show regarding a seamstress during WWII, will admit pretty good (European shows > American shows). Well back to my Peaky Blinders binge.

    • I don't care about offensive production for a team that literally only threw to him and the running back. I care about what I see on film:   Dude cannot separate on his own against talented LBs/S and had to be schemed open; his route running is below average; while pretty athletic, he doesn't have elite athleticism or speed; his blocking form has quite a few red flags (dude should be a dominant run blocker for his size). He was talented enough to get open in college against a slower LB/S; that won't be the case in the NFL. Not to mention, the dude pretty much was nonexistent until this year for Penn St. If I am drafting a TE in the top 10, choosing a 5th year senior that didn't do anything until his last season should be pretty alarming. Not saying he is going to be a bad player - I think he will be a solid short/intermediate possession TE in the NFL. I just don't understand the logic of taking him top 10
    • No one is arguing where we were on the season.  After the benching Bryce was one of the top deep ball passers in the league.  It's a skillset he has just shown he is capable of doing.  I believe he led the league in week 12 and was one of the top ones for that final quarter.  Dance around the topic and argue the stats all you want, I'm just going by what I saw on TV and read about.   https://x.com/PattonAnalytics/status/1877044086709854343 https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/news/bryce-young-best-against-pressure-throwing-deep Hey it surprised me as well, but I'm not going to hide my head in the sand and try to ignore what is clearly right in front of me.  People have a hard time admitting their original thought may have been wrong.  That's just the world we live in.  We will see if Young can keep it up next year or not, but signs are point to DC running his offense regardless of who is QB.
    • You are right, but as of late there has been more rookie TEs making immediate impact on teams. McBride, Laporta, Kincaid and obv Bowers.  My true opinion is the team has so many holes they can go multiple directions including Safety. So it just comes down to out of all the talent in the draft who will make the immediate impact. Wr? TE? LB?
