Hell, I could almost agree with their rationale if they ran it every play to “run clock”. BUT THEY DON’T.

Instead of run-run-run-punt and the clock keeps running, their method is run-run-OH SH1T WE NEED A 1ST DOWN ON 3RD AND LONG SAVE US CAM INCOMPLETE CLOCK STOPS.

They understand what actually runs the clock is 1st downs but they’re too big of cowards to pull the trigger, run the offense, and get those 1st downs.

So they end up choosing the worst of both worlds, NOT getting the 1st down, and stopping the clock anyway.

We run the bootleg play so few times it's open Everytime we run it it seems. On that last drive was was hoping a bootleg or naked boot just to end the game but only seen 1 all gm.

Every running team should run lots of bootleg passes all gm, it would keep D of balance some. IMO

But that never works. I mean, sure for the Seahawks it works, but it's just them.
