Hope isn't much of a gameplan.

Hope got us 39 total offensive yards in the last 20 minutes of the game.

 

    We ran for over 200 yards. Why should he not believe we could be successful?

 

    Also, one of those first down runs was CmC for 7 yards. And we did not get a 1st down. Yeah, that sucked. But the premise was sound.

 

    We closed out, NE was it, with 8 straight runs to end the game. So it can happen.

So Hurney should be fired right now then. Since he just took a huge risk trading away our #1 wide receiver. I seriously can't stand your glass half full garbage. Yay we won. That doesn't mean we can't call poo for what it is.

Now with that said, my biggest fear regarding coaching change is that I also don't trust the guy who's be picking his successor. So until Hurney is gone, we may as well just stay with Rivera. 

And since I'm fairly sure neither of them is going anywhere...

I get that  but wouldnt it be safer to play the way you have been playing the whole game.  It got you the lead so we know it works.  Seems playing safe rarely works

    Give me a GM I can trust. Sure, look for a better coach. But you better make sure the circumstances warrant it.
