Whatever the case, it's hard to deny that he's not improving and has been consistently a big reason our offense isn't flopping over dead.

I like him and wouldn't want it any other way. He's consistently improving and changing our offense, which is why we drafted him in the first place.

Value for teams is subjective and different for each and every franchise. I consider anyone who improves the team in some way dramatically in the first few rounds to be great picks.

CMC doesn't get the individual stats, but he's dramatically changed our offense. I think it's a win in my book, and I could care less about anything else.

Just like with Star Lotulelei on the defensive side.

Dude might be still running if he kept that outside.

Precisely. A 32 YO Darren Sproles averaged over 6 YPT last season. Kamara is averaging 7.3 YPT. A RB that catches the ball as much as he does should be well over 5 YPT. Well over. Every game.

we're not allowed to compare him to other players; people get upset

we can only compare him to himself. its the "i'm okay, you're okay" school of football analysis. he trying hard out there alright?

lol no he didn't. dude was flat on his feet cmc was by him easy.

Check were CMC is just before the cut. Check where the safety is. This isn't college where defenders sometimes have trouble starting from a dead stop. He broke down to keep the angle. The cut inside worked because he was thinking outside the whole way.

my favorite thing about CMC is how low the bar has been moved at this point

to start the season anything less than rookie of the year was unthinkable and i was a troll for suggesting otherwise

now he might put up a nick goings esque season and all the "haters" have been proven wrong

what a joke

When in the fif did Goings ever have a season where he was on pace for 100 receptions? lol you are trying too hard to troll, dearest

The jury is still out on CMC.  But,  I think it's safe to say that he is not nearly as good as we'd hoped (especially based upon the pre-season hype), but he is not hot garbage either.

I like that he was hitting the hole with authority, and doing a lot less stutter stepping.

The line and play calling do have some effect.
