I cheered for a team led by Jimmy Clausen. I just wasn't all that optimistic about the outcome of the game.

And Jimmy was being thrown out there to be the starting QB...

Bersin is being brought back in to be the WR5...

Allegiance is always important and expectations can be tempered, but really, there sure is a lot of teeth gnashing and beating of breasts over a guy who probably won't see the field except for maybe a time or two a game.

I've never been a Bersin hater. 

But with that said, it's hard to fault people for being upset over what I doubt anyone would argue looks like an overall downgrade in receiver depth.

And not only downgrade it but failed make it "faster" in the process.  And it only happened because Beane gave them the idea at the last minute.

Sure sounds like management is on the ball with this "evolution" thing.
