KB's knee is considered a ticking time bomb inside BOA

I haven't seen the game so my question is, was it deliberate or just an accident?  I haven't read anything except it was a blow to the side of his knee.

It was a nasty hit right to the knee.  It looked bad, guy basically aimed his helmet directly at his knee.   Not sure if it was deliberate because KB is a big dude.

Top pic... that doesn't even look like clean form for tackling, I'd say that was intentional

Guys, a few weeks ago when NY Giants had injuries to all their wr's after the game with LA Chargers I thought, wow that is odd...all wr's injured in same game... all leg injuries to different degrees including season ending injury to OBJ.. I had never heard of that and now I hear that KB was injured in the Charges game. I am NOT saying they are doing anything on purpose. Just odd. I don't have the time to research anything more than this, so I hope you don't take it wrong. I am not accusing anyone of anything, just saying when I heard about KB I didn't even put that together with that game a few weeks ago until just now when reading this.

I doubt that there was an actual intent to harm KB or any of the Giants receivers. DBs are going to hit low to avoid fines and large bodied guys like KB are going to get even more shots down low. It's just how the game is shifting due to issues with targeting.

It's why Fitz has started telling he'll pay their fine if they hit him high.

Well, when you start flagging and fining players for hitting anywhere from the chest up, this is what happens. Less concussions, but more lower body injuries.

Buffalo Bills top wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin said Sunday that he will have surgery after the season to clean up a torn meniscus in his right knee. He has one year remaining on his contract.

Benjamin suffered the injury on Nov. 19 against the Los Angeles Chargers and missed the next two games. He was a game-time decision for Sunday's home finale against the Miami Dolphins but was able to play through the nagging injury, logging two receptions for 20 yards.

"As soon as the season's over, I'm having surgery on it," Benjamin said in the locker room after the Bills' 24-16 victory that kept their playoff hopes alive.
