I mean you can point to Gettleman's 2014 draft, and say the same thing.

All but one of our 2104 draft picks are still playing in the nfl.  Not for us, but its probably better than average for most drafts. I noticed that Bene Benwikere made a big fumble recovery for the Cowboys this past week.  Only two of the 2011 picks made it 3 years in the league.  Reality is that most teams only keep two or three of their picks more than a couple of years out of each individual draft.

I hope so. The 2011 draft was three years prior.

You now have the beloved Hurney back as the ship starts taking on water. If you think Hurney is leaving your nuts. He is and always will be J.R"s stooge. There was hope when the fat man was here, sure he made some enemies and some mistakes,  but he could handle the pocket book and got this team two NFC championships and a SB.

The charade is just beginning with this bozo back at the helm. Just wait and see what the next couple of years bring.  This trade is the first kick in the balls for this organization with M.H back as GM. Good luck to all Panther fans....we will need it.

Lol..."leaving your nuts..." hated g-man ...glad he's gone

This is Gettleman's roster.

Cutting all our receivers and forcing Jordan Gross out in 2014.

Cutting Josh Norman in 2016 and drafting three corners to replace him, only one of which his really good.

Letting Ted Ginn leave this year and trying to make Olsen and Davis follow.

All while leaving a gaping hole at left tackle he had four years to fix and a massive, self-created hole at cornerback that he made for no other reason than he didn't like an agent.

Make no mistake: This is Dave Gettleman's roster.

Hurney is bad too, but this is the first egregiously bad thing he's done so far and Gettleman had like a half-dozen of them.

Dave brought Ginn here in the first place you nutcase. He also built a roster that went 15-1 and went to a Super Bowl sooo xD

when you have this much talent on a team you start picking role players in the bottom of the 1st round. Stop with the Shaq and Vernon nonsense. Both are good players who contribute to the team. As did Benjamin. You can do the we should’ve drafted this and that. The draft is a crapshoot.  But acting like those three are busts is dumb for being drafted outside the top 20 . Look at other talented teams across the league who draft consistently outside the top 20 and you will see REAL busts.

Also we don’t know what we have with Christian until we can stretch out a defense and allow Christian to have better opportunities in space. He’s 8 games into his rookie year. Stop with the axe to grind bullshit. Trading KB was one of the dumbest football moves I’ve seen in all of my 30 years if his knee wasn’t a long term issue.

Ginn was already in Carolina in 2013, then Gettleman didn't resign him or any other WR for that matter
