Stopped enabling him to be a lazy bum who's wildly inconsistent, and walking on eggshells around him. Rivera and JR are the much much bigger problems than Cam, for having Rivera here who can't control his players and actually be in charge and having Shula and Dorsey who are sh*t and can't coach Cam because they're all afraid of him.

How about one who actually can control the team and his players and have them stay disciplined. Can't have the QB be untouchable. Brady's not a problem in NE but if he turned into one like Cam has been here Belichick would not have any of that sh*t. Rivera let's all the crap happen.

He could have soft peddled it a little bit but he pretty much hit the nail on the head. Ron is a cuck.

i mean if youre done with this team like you said in the main thread, perhaps you should kindly see yourself out and cheer for the Bills the rest of your life.

Come hell or high water, i am a Panthers fan. no matter how stupid or terrible they become. this burgeoning fanbase doesnt have room for people like you who will irrationally jump ship at the drop of a hat.

Gee good for you! Super fan alert!

Here I am providing a Cam quote so you can get an idea of where his mind might be given his best friend was just traded.

And LOL... this fan base has nothing but room

Problem? Lol you fuging act like you have some inside knowledge. People kill me with scathing criticism, while they couldn't do the job 1/10th as well.

When your QB isn't learning from his mistakes or developing whatsoever he has a problem. Yes coaches are a huge factor and I said in my post are a bigger problem but you can't ignore that Cam is a problem right now. He should be a top 5 QB with his talent. Instead he's playing like a bottom 10 QB.

Lazy?

When healthy , does he work with receivers in the offseason?  Yes

Does he take care of himself physically year round?  Yes

Any reports he doesn't study film?  Leave early?  etc...  Nope

So what exactly is lazy?   ....

I hate this board sometimes...

No one said anything about going to war.  As far as controlling your franchise QB, the Patriots don't seem to have a problem with it.

What out of control madness is Cam doing?  The only thing,  was the tie thing last year.  The thing with the Jordan R. was a mistake.  Other than that what is the "problem"?

If it's not laziness then he just isn't very smart. When you regress as much as he has since he peaked in 2015 in every aspect of his game, it's one or the other. The fact that he got to 2015 levels tells me he's smart enough, but hasn't put in the effort required to keep developing and improving. Every QB has the ability to improve their accuracy if they work hard enough at it. Cam's accuracy has never improved his entire career. He has pin point throws and erratic throws, all over the place. Consistently inconsistent year in and year out. That doesn't have to be the case. He hasn't fixed issues with his mechanics, something that is very important when you have a bum throwing shoulder due to injury now. He can't exactly throw off his back foot now with only his arm doing the work with no fundamentals and expect to be good throwing off solely a bum shoulder. He was damn near perfect maneuvering the pocket in '15, and last year and this year he has been absolutely terrible. And in 2015 he went through his reads perfectly and last year and this year has locks onto covered receivers consistently, and throws downfield into coverage when there are wide open options short-intermediate. I'm sorry but anyone watching objectively can see that Cam can and needs to get better. Poor coaching is a factor but definitely not an excuse. Cam should be much better.
