Did the panthers pick KBs fifth year option in the offseason? Was he due to be a FA next year?  Maybe wanted to get something for him while they could. A three and a five would have been fair. Don’t like a 7th rounder which rarely makes the final roster anyway. 

I am excited to see what the offense does this weekend. Cam plays better without relying on KB. I like the speed of Russell and hopefully get samual more involved. Definitely a faster team now.

I'm shocked and don't agree with the move, but we did make it to the SB without KB.  Just have to hope guys will step up but this season and its happenings will live in infamy.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but y'all are overreacting.  

I liked KB. But him and Funch are terrible pairs of WR, in the sense of complimenting each others skill set. 

If you make the decision to only keep 1 of the 2. Then I could see coming to a conclusion of trading KB instead of Funchess.

I would also like to mention that blocking on outside runs just took huge hit. Kelvin was the only receiver that we had that could legitimately block.

Unless there's something not yet announced, this is it. And based on what Voth got from Hurney, it doesn't sound like there's anything else happening.
