Most impressive play by an offensive rookie this year.

You take so many shots at Matt Kalil for "missing his assignment" its ridiculous. You're supposed to leave the end unblocked on an end around and hopes he crashes down... Stewart is also the one who missed the block on the CMC sweep that got blown up and all of you blame Kalil because he can do no right in your eyes.

Why does Shula run reverses, screens and other plays like this one to the short side of the field? Shula has a habit of calling plays that allow the sideline to serve as an extra defender.

What would happen if he always ran reverses, screens and "other plays like this" to the long side of the field?

This is the most impressive play of the year so far as far as the first two draft picks go...

I just love this.

Looks like Matt Kalil misses his assignment, DE has a clear shot on Cam and the ball carrier. Doesn't matter.

Samuel  shakes the DE, shows patience and picks his spot behind Larsen and Turner.

This is an 8 yard loss if CMC, Stewart, CAP, or Fozzy are in the back field. Plain and simple.

Samuel is flashing. Time to get him more involved in the running game even if that means lining him up as a RB.

Agreed. Use CMC to get Cam some easy completions on LBs. But Samuel is going to make more plays out of the backfield running the ball.
