I bet Fox included that 2-minute drill drive at the end of the first half, didn't they?

Because that skews the numbers.

In the 3rd quarter, I actually did a count and, to that point and not counting the 2-minute drill (which is, in general, ALL pass by need), 10 of 14 first down plays were runs.  And I really, really doubt that we started passing MORE in the 4th quarter after we got a lead on them.  

So I'm thinking Fox's numbers are poo.
